It takes at least 250 volunteers to make the Spirit of the Sea Festival a safe and fun weekend for almost 100,000 participants.

The following roles need to be filled:

  • volunteer coordinator,
  • money hunter,
  • activity & games planners,
  • festival infrastructure & transportation,
  • event publicity.
